We endeavour to despatch goods within 2-5 working days after payment has cleared. Payment usually clears by the end of the next business day. Due to high demand during busy holiday periods, you may experience a slight delay. Please keep in mind DTAC is closed on public holidays. In Australia we use Border Express. Once your parcel has been dispatched from the DTAC warehouse a unique tracking code will be sent to your nominated email address. Please note, the tracking number can take up to 24 hours to be registered within your chosen carriers system. If you have queries about your delivery, please refer to your email for tracking details.
DTAC deliver to Australia, NZ and Internationally. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of your product and your location. Exact shipping costs can be calculated once you have added items to ‘Your Cart’.
Delivery Times & Tracking
To calculate transit times please refer to the Border Express website. All deliveries are between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. If there is no one available to accept the delivery at your nominated address, Border Express will leave a card with further instruction.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 working days of receiving notice that your goods have been despatched.
