Christmas and New Year Trading Hours 2025
As the year wraps up, we’d like to share our Christmas and New Year operating hours so you can plan orders, deliveries, and project timelines with confidence.
DTAC will be closing over the holiday period to give our team a well-earned break after a big year.
Holiday Closure
DTAC will be closed from Friday 19 December 2025
and will reopen on Monday 5 January 2026
During this time, our office, warehouse, and despatch operations will be paused.
Final Despatch Dates
- Final despatch for 2025: Wednesday 17 December
- Orders placed after this date will be accepted online but will not be processed or despatched until we return in January
If you have time-sensitive projects or site requirements, we strongly recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
Orders During the Closure
- Online orders can still be placed during the holiday period
- Order processing and despatch will recommence from Monday 5 January 2026
- Customer service enquiries received during the closure will be responded to once we return
