Susie's position is to administer the Client Warranty, Customer Care process and Compliance Statements for each DTAC project. This critical role of quality assurance provides a one-to-one dialogue with our clients and facilitates a way for DTAC to assess and evaluate its business, service and custom with the individuals we serve.
